Not a Startup Programme. A Real-World Entrepreneurship Experience.
Rise2Venture helps young people build confidence, create value, communicate ideas, collaborate and take action — skills for business, careers and life.
An initiative of Baker's Digital Coaching Hub
About Rise2Venture
Rise2Venture is a youth entrepreneurship experience initiative by Baker's Digital Coaching Hub, created to help young people experience entrepreneurship as a practical life skill.
It is not about expecting every young person to become a founder. It is about helping them become comfortable with:
These skills can be useful whether a young person eventually starts a business, freelances, joins a team, builds a career or simply navigates everyday life with more confidence.

Real Young People. Real Growth.
Every activity is hands-on — young people don't just hear about entrepreneurship, they practise it: talking to people, testing ideas, building something real and presenting it with pride.
That's the difference between knowing about something and actually being able to do it.
The journey: Reimagine, Ideate, Shape, Evolve.
The movement — from learning to doing, from ideas to action.
Not always a company or a startup — it can be a project, a skill, a service, or a collaboration.
The "2" can be read symbolically as "to" — the movement from learning to doing. It also represents the two sides of the journey: Rise, build yourself. Venture, use what you build.
Rise within. Venture outward.
Why Entrepreneurship For Life
A young person doesn't need to become a startup founder to benefit from entrepreneurial skills. A venture can look like:
Some ventures need significant investment. Others may need little more than a skill, a phone and the willingness to begin. Both are businesses.
Rise2Venture helps young people move beyond the belief that "business means technology." Instead, we want them to learn to ask:
Who Is It For?
Different starting points. One foundation.
🎒Exploring entrepreneurship as part of their school journey.
🏠Looking for practical, real-world skill-building experiences.
📖Seeking structured, real-world learning outside a traditional classroom.
🎓Building practical skills alongside academics.
🎨Turning creative or practical skills into value.
🚀Ready to explore building an idea into a venture.
You don't have to know which path is yours yet.
Where the Journey Began

Rise2Venture is an initiative of Baker's Digital Coaching Hub, founded with a belief that practical skills and entrepreneurial experiences should be accessible to young people.
The inspiration is also personal. Arfa began exploring entrepreneurship at just 14 years old, gaining firsthand experience of what it means to learn, create, take responsibility and build something of your own.
Rise2Venture carries that spirit forward — giving young people the courage and confidence to explore possibilities, develop practical skills and take their first steps toward creating value.
Know More About Arfa's Venture ↗The RISE Framework
Every experience at Rise2Venture is built on the RISE Framework — a simple, repeatable way of thinking that takes a young person from a spark of an idea to real-world experience.

Learn to look at everyday situations differently.
Turn observations into possibilities.

Take an idea and give it form.

Learn from what happened.
Reimagine → Ideate → Shape → Evolve. Experience becomes the bridge between learning and growth.
The Experience
Our structured experience helps young people move from self-awareness and possibility thinking to ideas, action, communication and reflection.
Sessions 1–4 help learners understand themselves and see the world with fresh eyes — before jumping into ideas or solutions.
Sessions 5–7 turn observation into ideas — helping learners think widely, understand people and make grounded decisions.
Sessions 8–10 move from idea to action — creating something real using the resources already available.
Sessions 11–15 help learners communicate what they built, understand value and money, and reflect on what comes next.
Skills They Develop
Technology, jobs and businesses will keep changing. But these human skills will always matter.

Beyond The Sessions
Availability depends on age, readiness, skills and programme opportunities. Outcomes such as internships or paid work are not guaranteed.
